Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage technique focuses on re-aligning deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This method resembles the classic Swedish Massage technique, but utilizes slower movements and more applied pressure on the areas of tension and pain. It is especially effective for treating chronically tense, stiff necks; low back tightness; and sore shoulders.

Hot Stone Massage $125.00
Hot Stone Massage Therapy is a variation on classic Swedish Massage Therapy. Heated, flat, basalt stones are placed on energy centres of the body to rebalance the body and mind. The heat warms and relaxes the muscle, which allows the therapist to treat deep tissues without deep pressure.
Hot Stone Massage is a 60 minute treatment.

Laser Therapy $ 60.00 (average treatment is 10 minutes)
Our practice is among the first in the area to invest in the LCT-1000 Deep Tissue Laser. Drug-free, pain relief is the main goal of this technique. This non-surgical treatment has the power to reduce pain and inflammation. The LCT – 1000 works by flooding the tissue with photons, energizing the damaged cells and increasing circulation to the area of pain. This process produces a cascade of healing responses in the body, reducing inflammation, thereby reducing or even eliminating pain.
This treatment is approximately 10 minutes; but the effects are felt long after the end of the treatment. This treatment is NOT to be confused with Laser Hair Removal.
